Refund policy

We stand behind our product. Our candles are made using natural coconut apricot wax , premium fragrance oils, and braided cotton wicks. They are cleaning-burning and long-lasting.  

If your candle doesn't perform exactly the way you think it should, please contact us at cococomma@outlook.com with pictures and a description so we can make it right! 

We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice.

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
